    • It's my first day of training at Convergys Alabang (a call center company), and honestly, I enjoyed it. I feel like I'm going back to school again, where you have your co-workers as your classmates, and your english instructors as your teachers.  I guess my primary reason why I applied in a call center is that I can enhance more my communication skills and at the same time provide quality service to the clients. I can't wait for what my training has for me. All I know is that I'll surely do my best in order to prove that I can be a worthy employee. Wish me luck!

  • 07/24/08--15:48: Nursing Licensure Examination Results June 2008 (chan 2597817)

    • The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 27,765 out of 64,459
    passed the Nurse (First Timers, Repeaters, Removals) Licensure Examination given by the
    Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo,
    Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last June 2008.


    The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination in Manila
    as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before
    the Board on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 19 and 20, 2008, with morning (8:00 A.M.) and
    afternoon (1:00 P.M.) sessions at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

    The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the results of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T) given by the Board for Professional Teachers last September 28, 2008.

    PRC said 17,816 elementary teachers out of 58,471 examinees and 18,801 secondary teachers out of 53,195 examinees successfully passed the L.E.T which was conducted in 24 testing centers all over the Philippines.

    The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 584 out of 1,042 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Pharmacy in the cities of Manila, Baguio and Cebu this January 2009.

    The members of the Board of Pharmacy who gave the licensure examination are Ms. Catalina C. Sanchez, Chairman; Mr. Reynaldo Maxlito H. Umali and Ms. Jennifer M. Flores, Members.

    Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Thursday, February 5, 2009 but not later than February 18, 2009.     whew! last night, I was complaining because I want to have a job as soon as possible.. then, the director of avalon school of international studies told me that they want to hire me today as a korean tutor.. imagine, i got the chance to teach on the spot without undergoing trainings. good thing my call center experienced helped me a lot. :)
